Meh, I find this rather boring.
I’ll just continue to largely ignore his posts, I guess.

eeeh.
I like the car, I love how it looks, how it sounds, I like the badge and everything. But supercars are just boring to me. It’s sterile, I will never own one. The Honda odyssey he showed would have been more interesting to me if it had a V8 or a 2 stroke engine or something.

Over/under 30 weeks spent this year in the shop?

I'm not gonna lie I'm interested to see what he thinks. I was one of those who suggested it last year... I think it's a neat car for a pretty reasonable amount used.

Neat. A car I would love to own but actually not very interested in hearing about. Oh well, should be fun either way.

A kei car would have been far more interesting.
Also, best vanity plate ever.

Well I guess we can all laugh at Doug in 6-12 months or so after all the lucas wire harness smoke eats away at his wallet. Now I’ll go on ahead and press play on the video;
...Bumper to bumper unlimited mile warranty!
...you bastard.

I do, too! It’s something that’ll be affordable(?) by the time I get out of college, or 5 years thereafter. Really interested to see how much goes wrong with it, if anything, so I’ll know if I was lusting over something that turns out to be complete crap. Just glad that Aston’s money is the only money vulnerable in this situation, and not Doug’s, but certainly not mine ten years down the road.

I have a post coming up about how I made this decision. I actually was leaning Viper, and then I started to get e-mails from Viper people strongly suggesting against it. They all said it isn’t interesting enough. It was really interesting.

Really? Aww, well I guess an Aston with an unlimited 1-year warranty will create far more interesting headlines than a Viper. Best of luck with it! While I’m not all that interested in the car (good looking car with a great-sound V8 soundtrack, just doesn’t excite me all that much), I am highly curious to see what happens when you drive it until the wheels fall off...not literally, of course, but that’d be a great story!

Brialiant. It’s going to be in the shop waiting for parts from some old uncle’s garage in east london for half the year though.
